Man shot sitting in car outside Toledo bar

Toledo police are investigating a shooting that took place early Wednesday morning. It happened around 2 a.m. at Remy's Bar in the 700 block of Matzinger near Stickney.

Police were called to Toledo Hospital on reports a person was shot. Casey Anderson said he was shot in the back while sitting in a car at the bar.

Anderson was driven to the hospital by Antoinne Neal.

Neal then drove the vehicle away from the hospital in an attempt to hide evidence, including gun shot holes in the car.

He was taken into custody by police.
