Monroe flasher wanted by police

He's accused of flashing at least two people. Now police are asking you to spot him. Lonnie Arnold is the suspect who allegedly exposed himself on two different occasions.

The first incident happened at the Dorsch Library in downtown Monroe. Another was inside a Monroe bar on Telegraph.

Officers tried to arrest Arnold, but they say he ran off and got away.

According to the Monroe Evening News, the 45-year-old is wanted on a charge of aggravated indecent exposure.
