2 Toledo officers file lawsuit over parking tickets

Two Toledo police officers have filed a lawsuit, claiming they received parking tickets that were unlawfully issued.
The officers say they received parking citations from Parksmart employees for allegedly parking at expired meters or in no parking zones while working as Toledo police officers.
The complaint alleges the city unlawfully delegated law enforcement activity to Parksmart.
