    Police have released the frantic 9-1-1 calls from a neighbor and one of the victim's asking for help.    Dispatcher: What's going on?Caller: I don't know if its BB's or gun shots somebody is outside fighting
    Police have released the frantic 911 calls in the deadly Lake Township shooting. Investigators say the first call came in at 9:34pm. The second 911 call came from one of the victims.

    Family and friends celebrated what would have been the fourth birthday of little Jorgie Duran on Saturday.

Two Lake Township Police Officers have been cleared of any wrongdoing in connection with shooting the suspect in a double murder during a shootout.

Jorge Duran, Jr. shot and killed his estranged girlfriend Amber Jones and their three-year-old son on October 16.

Wood County Prosecutor says Officer Shannon Badgett and Sergeant Scott Simms acted in their own protection and in the protection of the public.

Police say Duran started shooting at them and they returned fire. Sergeant Simms has returned to duty. Office Badgett has since resigned.
