A TPS student claims a substitute teacher touched her inappropriately. The district and Toledo Police Department are investigating.
A spokesperson says the alleged incident happened Monday at Arlington elementary. We're told the 10-year-old student reported the incident.
13abc has learned another student allegedly witnessed the substitute teacher touch the student. The school filed a report with the Toledo policed department's sex crimes unit. They will interview the victim, witness and suspect.
