Funds still available for H.E.A.P.

There's still money available help pay winter heating bills for those in need.

The Economic Opportunity Planning Association, or EOPA, has a Winter Crisis Program to help Lucas County residents maintain a safe and healthy home during the cold winter months.  In an effort to reach as many people in need as possible HEAP intake workers will set up shop at several locations for the remainder of February and March.
