Lourdes University welcomed David Livingston as their 9th President in a ceremony Wednesday morning.
Livingston is the former Vice President of Advancement at Mercyhurst University.
He will succeed Robert Helmer, who resigned last year as President to take a position at another University in Ohio. The provost Janet Robinson has served as Interim President for the University.
