Man accused of body-slamming elderly driver

A Perkins Township man faces felony charges after police say he body-slammed a 73-year-old driver.

Investigators tell us Joshua Herrin, 25, attacked the man during a road rage incident earlier this month.

He's charged with aggravated menacing and felonious assault.

The victim was taken to an area hospital with minor injuries.
