Driver recovering after crashing into building

Toledo, OHIO (WTVG) -- One person is recovering Saturday morning after crashing into a building.

It happened just after 1:30am on Central Avenue, near Upton.

Police say the driver lost control of his truck, went across the median and then hit a building.

The building itself is listed as a screen printing shop.

The driver was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police say alcohol may have been a factor.

    Crews from five departments were called out to a fire at a church in McComb Friday evening. Departments from Allen Twp., Liberty Twp., Findlay and North Baltimore assisted McComb Fire Department. The McComb fire chief says it’s unclear at this time how the fire started There were no injuries reported. Sunday services at the church have been cancelled The State Fire Marshal’s Office will investigate the cause of the fire.
