Tigers Announce Promotional Giveaways for 2013 Season

DETROIT – The Detroit Tigers today announced the lineup of free promotional giveaways for the 2013 season at Comerica Park. The Tigers have planned 35 giveaways in addition to 18 postgame fireworks extravaganzas, courtesy of Pepsi, to add to the excitement of Friday and Saturday night baseball in Detroit. Individual game tickets for the 2013 Detroit Tigers season go on sale Saturday, March 2 beginning at 10:00 a.m. Fans will have the opportunity to purchase single game tickets at the Comerica Park Box Office on Witherell Street, online at tigers.com, by calling 866-66-TIGER (84437) and at Hockeytown Authentics in Troy.

"EVERY KID, EVERY SUNDAY":

As part of Sunday Kids Days "Every Kid, Every Sunday" will return and includes a free giveaway guarantee, with all kids 14-and-younger receiving a promotional item on Sundays. In addition to every child receiving a free promotional item, children can enjoy free rides on the Comerica Bank Carousel or the Fly Ball Ferris Wheel. Additionally, all kids are eligible to enter to win one of three bicycles. There is free face painting at Gates A and B and after the game all children are invited down to the field for the traditional Kids Run the Bases courtesy of Aquafina.

TIGERS SEASON AND PARTIAL PLANS AND GROUP TICKETS AVAILABLE:

Season ticket packages start as low as $258 and are available in 81-game, 41-game, 28-Friday Game, 28-Saturday Game, 27-Sunday game plans and 15-game plans.  Opening Day tickets are only included in the 81, 41, 28 & 27-game packages.
