13abc honored in Best of Toledo contest

Results are in for the Toledo City Paper's annual Best of Toledo contest. Thousands of votes from local residents were tallied to decide the best of the best in the Toledo area. 13abc was honored to appear on the list several times.

Best Anchor Duo went to Lee Conklin and Diane Larson. Jeff Smith and Sashem Brey were runner up in the category.

Sports Director Dave Holmes won the award for Best Sportscaster.

The 13abc Storm Team also had an impressive showing. Chief Meteorologist Jay Berschback took the top spot for Best Forecaster.  Blizzard Bill Spencer came in second place in the category.

Best Local TV Station also went to 13abc.
