Toledo Edison is sending some help to struggling residents in Michigan. Forty-six crew members traveled to the Ann Arbor area where they will help restore power that was knocked out in this week's winter storm.
DTE Energy still had 30,000 customers in the dark Wednesday in the Detroit area alone.
The Toledo crews are expected to return to our area late Thursday night.
