MAC Women’s Basketball Tournament Semifinal Tickets Go on Sale Thursday

Tickets for the semifinal game of the Mid-American Conference Women's Basketball Tournament will go on sale at the Savage Arena Ticket Office at 10:00 a.m. this Thursday, March 7.

Toledo (26-2, 14-1 MAC) clinched a No. 1 seed in the tournament and berth into the semifinal game by securing the MAC regular-season title with its win over Eastern Michigan on Sunday. UT will play an opponent to be determined at noon on Friday, March 15 at Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland. The MAC Championship Game will be played on Saturday, March 16 at 1:00 p.m.

Pre-orders for the MAC Tournament are being taken now for UT season-ticket holders and Rocket Fund donors. Pre-ordered tickets can be reserved by calling 419-530-GOLD (4653) by  Monday, March 11 at 4:00 p.m. Pre–ordered tickets will be picked up at the UT Will Call table at Quicken Loans Arena.  Tickets are all general admission. Ticket price is $10 for adults, $5 for seniors 55 and over and youth 12 and under. UT students may purchase a ticket for $5 by showing their Rocket ID at the UT ticket office or at the UT Will Call table at Quicken Loans Arena.  One ID per student, one ticket per ID.   

The Rocket women play their final regular-season home game on Wednesday, March 6 when they host Ball State (15-13, 12-3 MAC) at 7:00 p.m. The Toledo men also play their final regular-season home game of the season on Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. vs. Northern Illinois. Advance tickets for both games are available at the ticket office, online or by calling 419-530-4653. General admission tickets for the women's game and bleacher tickets for the men's game are just $6.
