Last year someone opened fire in the back of an apartment at Moody Manor. Bullets pierced the home and struck two young girls who were sleeping on the floor.
Two-year-old Leondra Hooks survived. Her sister, one-year-old Keondra Hooks, was killed.
The men accused in the deadly shooting have not yet gone on trial.
Meanwhile, managers at Moody Manor plan to meet with Toledo Police on several occasions to discuss how they can improve safety in the housing development.
