Detroit's Mayor accepting Governor's debt solution

First he was against it, now it looks like Detroit Mayor Dave Bing is indifferent to an emergency financial manager in the motor city. Michigan's Governor says that the EFM is necessary to get Detroit out of debt. Yesterday, Detroit's city council voted against the plan, but Mayor Bing said like it or not...an emergency manager is coming.
