He once admitted to a
hate crime, and now his attorney wants a judge to decide if Randy Linn is
competent to stand trial.
Linn pleaded guilty to
setting a fire at the Islamic Center of Greater Toledo last year, but his
attorney later filed the papers to withdraw that plea.
He says it's unclear
what state of mind his client was in at the time of the fire.
In December, Linn told a
judge he set the fire because he wanted revenge for the killings of American
soldiers overseas.
