A Fremont man is charged with attempted murder
after a shooting over the weekend. Police say Lucas Lykins, 28, fired a gun
multiple times at another man.
No one was hurt. The Fremont
News Messenger reports the fight started early Sunday morning at a home in Fremont before escalating.
One of the bullets
narrowly missed a child sleeping in a crib. Lykins is also charged with child
endangering.

A monstrous tornado at least a half-mile wide roared through the Oklahoma City suburbs Monday, flattening entire neighborhoods with winds up to 200 mph. At least 51 people were reported killed.
