Judge allows Islamic Center arson suspect to withdraw guilty plea

A judge has allowed Randy
Linn to withdraw his guilty plea.
Linn is accused of
setting fire to the Islamic Center of Greater Toledo last year. He originally
pled guilty to the crime but later asked to withdraw the plea.
Linn also asked for a competency
trial. The judge denied that motion.
The Islamic Center is
still undergoing restoration. It is hosting its first Friday prayer service
this week.
