The Lucas County Libertarian Party has announced a mayoral candidate. Michael Konwinski will run for mayor in the next election.
Mr. Konwinski says he has considerable knowledge of the bureaucratic workings of the City of Toledo and that he thoroughly understands how budgets are expended.
He'll take on current Mayor Mike Bell and Councilman Joe McNamara for the mayor's seat.
