Toledo city engineers are hosting five street planning forums to spur community education and get input from the residents. Leaders will sit down with residents to talk about upcoming projects, how they're funded, and get their suggestions on road work.
This is the second year they've opened the conversation to the community. The goal is to find the best use of tax dollars, and improve overall infrastructure.
The meetings will be held from 6-8 PM on the following dates.
March 14, District 3, East Toledo Family Center: 1020 Varland Ave.
March 20, District 4, Frederick Douglas Center: 1001 Indiana Ave.
March 21, District 2, OLPH: Anthony Wayne Trail and Sherwood
April 1, District 1, Bethlehem Baptist Church: 1430 W. Bancroft St.
