Oregon police sergeant cited for OVI

Sgt. Tony Castillo with the Oregon Police Department was issued an OVI citation Saturday night.

Ohio State Highway Patrol pulled over Castillo on Miami Street near I-75, not far from Hollywood Casino.

Castillo was arrested and released later in the night.

Oregon Police Chief Mike Navarre says a criminal and administrative investigation is underway.

The chief says Castillo is still on the job. He says department leaders are waiting to see what will come out of court proceedings before they take any action.
