Suit seeks damages in CO poisoning deaths of family

We have an update on a
carbon monoxide poisoning that left four people dead. A woman is suing the
landlord of the home on behalf of 10-year-old Taralyn Wood.
The girl, her mother and
two other siblings all died in March of 2011. Now the woman who runs her estate
is suing landlord Steven Snow for equipping the family's home with the
gas-powered generator.
Snow pleaded no contest
and was found guilty of four counts of reckless homicide.
The civil suit seeks
damages of more than $25,000.
