The Putnam County Prosecutor's Office has filed a two counts of Aggravated Murder against Michael A. Fay, 17. Fay is accused in the deaths of Blake Romes, 17, and Blaine Romes, 14.

The presecutor's office tells 13abc the autopsy report for the two boys shows both were shot in the head.

Authorities issued an Amber Alert for all three juveniles Wednesday, May 8. Early that morning, the Romes brothers' mother came home from work after one of her sons didn't answer the phone.

She found blood and a gun in her home and called authorities. All three boys as well as her Chevy HHR were missing.

Hours after the first call Fay was found in Columbus with the missing vehicle and questioned by police. Investigators say he led them to the bodies of Blaine and Blake Romes.

Earlier this week, Fay pled not guilty to grand theft auto. Friday morning, he was charged with two counts of Aggravated Murder. The Putnam County Prosecutor's Office has also filed a motion to try Fay as an adult.

According to the Putnam County Juvenile Court, Fay is scheduled for an initial appearance Tuesday, May 21 at 3:00 p.m.  The hearing will be held in Putnam County Common Pleas Court.
