Posted: Updated:

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State University football coaches and additional staff members will host the second Ohio State Football Women's Clinic Saturday, June 8 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center. Some of the proceeds from the event will be donated to The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute.

Presented by Kroger, the day will start with clinic attendees posing for a photo with Coach Urban Meyer with instructional presentations on offensive, defensive and special teams play following. The morning's football fun will also include a presentation on Ohio State football facts, an equipment demonstration and a live auction.

Sweats, shorts and sneakers will be the appropriate afternoon apparel as the activities get kicked into high gear with a stretching session with strength and conditioning coach Mickey Marotti, eight stations of drills, relay races, shoulder pad races and tours of the football facilities. A 30-minute competition will close out the day with a final wrap-up set for 3 p.m

Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Cost for the clinic is $75 per person or $50 for OSU students. Additional information and an online form to register are available here: Women's Clinic.
