JOEY LOGANO, No. 22 Discount Tire Ford Mustang (Finished 2nd) – "I learned some things as a driver and what to do and which way the track went as it rubbered in a little bit. This Discount Tire Ford was good, just nowhere near as good as the 54 car. I think he toyed with us all day. I am not sure he ran a hard lap. Every time you think you are going to catch him he would bust off a lap two-tenths quicker than the last one. We were a second place car and we finished second. WE just have some work to do to figure out how to beat those guys. Nonetheless, they are running for the owners points there and so are we. We lost a little bit there."  WAS THERE AN AREA YOU FELT HE WAS BETTER OR WHERE YOU NEED TO WORK ON? "Yeah, basically Chicago. That is where he is better. Hopefully we can beat him tomorrow."

SAM HORNISH JR., No. 12 Wurth Ford Mustang (Finished 3rd) – HOW MUCH DOES COMING ONTO THE APRON UPSET THE HANDLING OF THE CAR? "When you are doing that it usually means you are passing somebody so you feel good driving down through the ditch. That is what it feels like. I felt like we were on the splitter too hard with low tire pressure and that is what we had at the end of the race. Our low tire pressure kept us on the splitter the first few laps and then what happened was we were able to get up off of them and were able to run some guys down. It was just too late for us. I am real happy with the effort these guys put in today. Our Wurth Ford Mustang was really good on the long run, we just need more short run speed."  DO YOU FEEL LIKE THIS IS BOILING DOWN TO A TWO MAN DEAL WITH YOU AND AUSTIN? "There is still a long time to go, what seven races? A lot can happen. We have to be smart about how we run it and all those things. One flat tire can lose you a bunch of points. I feel like I was pretty excited about where we were at at about lap 160 with how we were running. I think Austin was seventh and we were running second and catching the leader a little bit. All of a sudden the yellow comes out and we were running third and he was second. We worked real hard to get back around there at the end and I just wish we had a little more for the short run."  IT SEEMS LIKE YOU GUYS HAVE A PRETTY GOOD RELATIONSHIP FOR TWO GUYS RACING EACH OTHER FOR A CHAMPIONSHIP. "I think as long as you can keep it smart and all that stuff. I like Austin. I am not out there to win this championship by dumping somebody or anything like that. For me, if we can keep it light hearted and spirited and just both do the best we can do and at the end of the day the best man wins, I think that is as much as you can ask for in a championship run."
