Shelter from cold offered in Perrysburg

Posted: Updated:

The Perrysburg Heights Community Center is offering shelter from the cold for anyone who does not have adequate heating in their home.

The center is located at 12282 Jefferson Street in Perrysburg. The building will open to the public at 10 a.m. on Sunday morning and will remain open until Wednesday morning.

They ask that people bring their own pillows and blankets and say they will provide an area for caged pets.

H. Jason Craig, director of operations for the center says that Riddle Snow Services will be donating their services to keep the community center free of snow and easily accessible.

Anyone with questions can call 419-356-6587.
