TARPS bus slides off ramp to U.S. 23 in Sylvania

The driver of a TARPS bus was taken to St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center after spinning out on the entrance ramp to southbound U.S. 23 at Monroe Street.

Sylvania Police tell 13abc the bus did not have any passengers, but the driver was injured in the apparent ice-related crash.

Several other cars also slid on the roadway in that area after seeing the bus driver in distress, but the other cars were not involved in accidents.
