Firefighters extinguish early morning mobile home fire

Posted: Updated:

A fire destroyed a mobile home this morning on the 1900 block of West Alexis Road. Firefighters extinguished the fire just after midnight.

One person was injured in the fire with minor hand and foot burns. Four others escaped the mobile home without injury.

Firefighters said they had a hard time extinguishing the fire because there were no fire hydrants in the mobile home park.
