BG mother gets 3 years in death of infant son

Posted: Updated:

A Bowling Green mother will spend three years behind bars in connection to the death of her infant son. Rebecca Steinmiller pleaded guilty to child endangering charges in October.

Prosecutors say she failed to tell police about her son's broken arm before he was killed.

The 3-month-old died in May of 2012.

The baby's father, Brian Steinmiller, pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter and was sentenced to more than 11 years behind bars.
