Local realtors streamline home buying with internet app

Posted: Updated:

When it comes to buying or selling a home, the future is now.

The Toledo Board of Realtors is using an internet-based program to match buyers and sellers with properties.

Not only that, the program allows them to close the deal online without having to sign multiple forms.

It's called "dot loop" and it aims to streamline the real estate business, and saving time could add up to more sales.

"What we're finding more and more is that people have tight schedules," said the president of Toledo Board of Realtors, John Mangas, "and this is great way to leverage time and time management."

All of the realtors in the greater Toledo area are now using dotloop.

For a preview of how it works, visit http://www.dotloop.com
