Record low temperatures followed by weekend snow

The thermometer will drop to -10 to -15 degrees Thursday night, with wind chills as low as -20 under clear skies.

Partly sunny tomorrow, very chilly, highs in the mid teens.

Three "waves" of snow on the way:

#1-Light snow Saturday morning, around 1" of snow.

#2-More snow Saturday night into Sunday with an additional 2"-4".

#3-Then another round of snow Sunday night into Monday with another 1"-3" possible.

This will put our weekend total snow in a general 3"-6" range. We'll have the latest data tonight at 11pm on 13abc Action News at 11pm.

    Winter 2013-14 is a hard one to forget. Most still vividly remember the bitterly cold days, endless snowfall, and icy roads that triggered Level Three snow emergencies.     A former gang member is appealing to kids to get guns off the streets. The organizers of an anti-gun rally in central Toledo hope to work with police. Boss Angels is a local youth organization.     Residents of a small Canadian island are being warned not to drink their well water because of potentially toxic algae in Lake Erie.
