ISOH Impact Bucket Brigade in full swing

Posted: Updated:
Volunteers from Cedar Creek Church were hard at work Thursday night in Waterville, packing supplies to send to tornado victims in Alabama.

"As the supplies continue to come in, we'll continue to ship to other parts of the country," Lori Kazmierczak, Executive Director of Operations at ISOH Impact said.  "Now in addition to the tornadoes, we're looking at the flooding."

The pallets are full of food, first aid supplies, cleaning products and even dog and cat food and supplies.

Friday, the first of many shipments will be heading south.  First stop, Kimberly, Alabama, a city that lost its fire station and church.

"Prayer is desperately needed for the disaster area, our leadership, our wonderful volunteers and our community partners," Kazmierczak said.

ISOH Impact is also in need of the community support.

Kazmierczak says this is only the beginning of storm season and the need is great.
