CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (AP) - A judge in Macomb County has ordered four men held without bond in the shooting death of a popular convenience store owner during a robbery.

Clinton Grayson, Jomar Robinson, Darius Gaskin and Kenneth Hill were arraigned Monday on murder, armed robbery and conspiracy to commit armed robbery charges.

The men were arrested last week. The Associated Press was unable to determine Monday evening if any of the men had attorneys.

Basim Sulaka died after being shot in the back March 28 at his Moonlite Party Store in Clinton Township, northeast of Detroit. Clinton Township Police Chief Fred Posavetz said the slaying "shook up the whole community."
