A man is in jail after allegedly showing an obscene video of himself to a teenage girl.
Around 4:15 p.m. Sunday, detectives say a 43-year-old white man showed his cell phone to a 16-year-old girl.

It happened on the 15,000 block of South Telegraph Road in Monroe Township.

Allegedly, the a video on the phone displayed an explicit act. According to deputies, the man claimed the video was of him.
The man then offered himself to the girl in a sexual manner.

After detectives say the man was "rejected," he walked away from the girl.
The entire exchange was caught on surveillance video.

Investigators identified the man through that video and arrested him Wednesday evening.

Right now, Monroe County deputies are not releasing the man's name because he's still waiting to be formally charged with "Producing Obscene Material to a Minor."

He is currently behind bars inside of the Monroe County Jail, awaiting arraignment.

They would like to see it completely cleared out."The neighbors were out, and talked to the city and they said we'll tell you what: we'll come back, we'll clean some more up," says East T...
