Annual Toledo Light The Night Walk

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s annual Toledo Light The Night walk returns to downtown Toledo on Sunday, October 22nd at SeaGate Center. The Festivities will begin at 6:00p.m. with family-friendly fun, including inflatables, food, drinks, music and much more. Over 3,000 participants will enjoy an inspirational Opening Ceremony that will begin at 7:00 p.m., immediately followed by an outdoor 1-mile walk and fireworks.
Light The Night Walk is a national fundraising movement that celebrates and commemorates lives touched by blood cancers. Corporate teams, families, and friends who participate in the evening walk will carry illuminated lanterns - white for survivors and patients, red for supporters, and gold in memory of a lost loved one. Light The Night is a community celebration- more than just a walk, it is people coming together to shed light on the dark world of cancer.
Entertainment includes music, balloon art, face painting, a Garden of Hope, team photos, a Remembrance Pavilion, and, NEW THIS YEAR, a fireworks finale!

Epworth Touch A Truck

Toledo, OH
Calling all Super Heroes, Princesses, Ghosts and Goblins! Put on your Halloween costumes and bring the whole family to our 10th annual Epworth Trunk or Treat! Your kids will love showing off their costumes and filling their bags with treats and goodies in a fun and safe environment during this FREE community event. You’ll even be able to visit the Haunted Truck sponsored by SWAT. Bring your friends!

This year we will have trunks dedicated to the Teal Pumpkin Project, with non-candy items. This allows our kids with food allergies to participate in Halloween fun!

Please note: The last Trunk or Treater will be admitted at 6:!5.

If you would like to decorate a trunk please contact the Trunk or Treat Team at epworthkidsevents@gmail.com. Candy donations of store bought, individually wrapped pieces of candy may be dropped off in the church office during regular business hours or placed in the candy collection box on Sundays during church.

2nd Annual BG Zombie Mud Run

Light The Night

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Light The Night Walk funds life-saving research and support for people battling cancer. LLS is making cures happen by providing patient support services, advocating for lifesaving treatments and pioneering the most promising cancer research anywhere. Friends, families and co-workers form fundraising teams to culminate in an inspirational, memorable evening walk where participants carry illuminated lanterns: white for survivors, red in support and gold in memory of a lost loved one. Festivities include live music, food, ceremonies and family fun followed by a short 1-2 mile walk.
