Northview, Start capture conference titles

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - The Start Spartans won the Toledo City League championship with a win over the Scott Bulldogs, and the Northview Wildcats took the Northern Lakes League with a 74-62 win over the Anthony Wayne Generals.
