Bass Pro Shops Rossford Walleye roundup boasts event’s largest number of entries

ROSSFORD, Ohio (WTVG) - Walleye anglers from across the nation are coming together once again for the Bass Pro Shops 2021 Rossford Walleye Roundup on April 2-3.
The event is open to two-person teams, with an event-record 40 teams registered as of March 10. The entry fee is $500 per team. The winning team is on track to win more than $20,000, with payouts based upon entries and registrations.
Tournament fishing will take place between 7 a.m.-3 p.m. each day and will launch from Cullen Park, with Ohio and Michigan waters of Lake Erie open; no Canadian waters are permitted.
Activities, final weigh-in, and awards will be hosted at Bass Pro Shops in Rossford.
Weigh-ins will start at the staging area outside of Bass Pro Shops as soon as the boats arrive back from Cullen Park, approximately 4:30 p.m. on both Friday and Saturday. Bleachers will be set up for observers and Country Lane BBQ will be on site on Friday evening.
The payout is 100% of all registration fees plus additional cash prizes for the Largest 1-Day Bag Weight and Big Fish Purse.
