Community Health Services offering COVID-19 vaccine clinics in Fremont, Fostoria

FREMONT, Ohio (WTVG) - Community Health Services (CHS) is offering two COVID-19 vaccine clinics this week in Fremont and Fostoria for anyone 18 years and older.

The first will be held at the former Grace United Church of Christ in Fostoria from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 8. The Church is located at 4481 North US-23 in Fostoria.

The clinic will be providing first doses of the Moderna vaccine. Any adult can book an appointment, not just Fostoria residents.

On Friday, April 9, CHS is hosting a clinic at its main campus in Fremont located at 2221 Hayes Avenue in Fremont. It’s also offering the Moderna vaccine.

Those interested can book an appointment through Ohio’s coronavirus vaccine scheduling tool. Those without internet access can also schedule an appointment by calling 419-334-3869 between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m and ask for the vaccine coordinator.
