ProMedica announces movie night series

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - ProMedica has announced two series of free outdoor movie nights at Promenade Park this summer.

Returning this year is the Family Movie Nights, presented by Paramount Advantage. It will kick off with a showing of Frozen 2 on Saturday, June 19. The events will have reserved spaces for each family and will feature food trucks, music in the park, and a photo meet-and-greet with Laurel’s Princess Parties.

Family Movie Nights schedule (Movies start at 7 p.m. unless noted):

Sat., June 19 – Frozen 2
Sat., June 26 – The Lion King
Sat. July 17 – Beauty and The Beast
Sat. July 31 – Cars
Sat. Aug. 14 – Aladdin (starts at 6:30 p.m.)

New this year are the ProMedica Throwback Movie Nights, presented by ProMedica Federal Credit Union. These movie nights will have pre-movie entertainment with a DJ, food trucks and beverage trucks. The Garden at Focaccias will also offer pre-party exclusive packages at focacciasdeli.com.

Available at each movie night will be a contactless check-in system, security checkpoint, hand sanitizing stations, and social distancing markers. Masks are not required for those who are fully vaccinated.
