TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - A ninja warrior course, trampolines and an indoor go kart track. It is all part of the Urban Air Adventure Park at the corner of Airport and Reynolds. Urban Air is in the business of fun, and it comes in all shapes and sizes.

Steven Whitlow is the co-owner. “We have a warrior course, climbing walls, a rope course, zip line and an indoor go kart track.”

Urban Air is open seven days a week and attracts people from all over the region. “Everybody needs something to do that is fun, family entertainment for all ages. Especially in the winter.”

Whitlow says watching the reaction of people walking in the door for the first time is fun for the entire staff. “You can see when it’s their first time here. Their eyes are huge and they say I’ve never seen anything like this before.”

In addition to stopping in for a day of fun you can host birthday parties and corporate retreats here and even rent the park out for your family and friends. “We work really hard to make this as inexpensive as possible. Our hope in this is that it is always a good experience for families.”

While kids and families may be the focus here, it really is a space for everyone. “If you say what is our target audience, we’d say 5-12 year old kids. But what we’ve learned is that everyone loves it here. We have people in their 70s driving go karts. Moms and dads on trampolines, and weekend warriors putting themselves to the test on the courses. Everybody has fun.”
