Man arrested for arson in Western Ave. fire

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - A man has been arrested for aggravated arson connected to a Wednesday morning fire.
According to court documents, Ronnie Spence is accused of shooting a flare gun into the front window of the home, sparking the fire.
It happened at a home in the 200 block of Western Ave on Wednesday. Officials at the scene told 13abc this was the second fire at this house.
Spence is expected to appear in court Thursday.
