TLCHD announces September schedule for Shots for Tots n Teens Clinic

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - The Toledo-Lucas County Health Department has announced the September schedule for its Shots 4 Tots n Teens Immunization Clinic.

TLCHD says the clinic on Sept. 19 has been changed to a walk-in clinic from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Toledo Lucas County Health Department located at 635 N. Erie St.

Patients must bring their shot record on paper, an insurance card and their parent’s ID.
