Toledo City Council appoints Chief of Staff

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - Toledo City Council selected its new Chief of Staff on Tuesday.

Lucille Frank was selected to fill the newly-created position in a 7-4 vote.

The role will help council with legislation and dealing with constituents.
