Zain Omair joined the 13 Action News team in March 2021, shortly after graduating from the University of Toledo at the end of 2020. She started out as the weekend morning producer, before working her way up to producing the 5/5:30 p.m. newscast. In February 2023, she made the leap and switched to a Multimedia Journalist role, allowing her to meet new people in the community and tell the stories of her hometown. When she's not reporting, Zain loves going to concerts, spending time outdoors, and cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals.
