Connect With Me

I am lucky to be able to work in my hometown. I joined 13abc in May of 2008 as a weekend assignment editor, and I moved on to reporting in 2009. There is nothing better than working for the station I grew up watching.

I grew up in West Toledo. I went to Whitmer High School (GO PANTHERS!) and am a proud graduate of the University of Toledo (GO ROCKETS). I graduated with my Bachelors Degree in Communication with a specialization in Broadcasting in 2008.

In college, I was a reporter and anchor for UT:10 News and had an opportunity to work with some of the best up and coming journalists at the University of Toledo.

My first job in news was here at 13abc as a part time engineer. I spent my time operating studio cameras and floor directing the morning, evening and weekend newscasts.

It was my dream as a kid to report the news and I consider myself fortunate to have the job I've always wanted. Each and everyday in the newsroom is different, and there is nothing like being out in the field in the middle of the action. Two of the millions of the reasons I like working in the news business.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, watching Big Ten football (LET'S GO BLUE), and relaxing at home. If you have any story ideas or just want to say hello email me,
