A Toledo woman is in jail facing charges of domestic terrorism after the FBI says she was planning an "upscale mass murder at a Toledo bar."

According to agents with the FBI, Elizabeth Lecron, 23, was arrested Monday morning.

Lecron is facing a charge of transportation of explosives and explosive material for the purposes of harming others and property.

Investigators said she purchased material to make a bomb that she believed would be used in a domestic terrorist attack.

"This defendant bought black powder and hundreds of screws that she expected would be used to make a bomb," says Justin E. Herdman, U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Ohio.

Investigators say she was obsessed with mass murders and was "committed to seeing death and destruction in order to advance hate."

The FBI has not released which bar was the target of this attack, simply describing it as a bar in the Toledo area.
