11 year old becomes a State Trooper for a day

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) A student with special needs becomes an Ohio State Trooper for a day. The Bowling Green post pulled out all the stops for 11 year old Brett Holbrook. He's the Ohio State Highway Patrol's number one fan. He says he became obsessed with the profession after his dad was pulled over by a trooper. He wants to be a state trooper. Brett Holbrook wears a trooper uniform, carries a badge, and writes tickets.

Thursday Brett watch the OSHP recruitment video. A representative from district staff present him with his honorary trooper certificate. Brett and his family received a tour of the facility. His day ended with a small pot luck lunch for the family.
