13abc All-Stars primed for one big game

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - After a three year hiatus, the 13abc All-Stars are getting the gang back together for one last game, and we can't wait!

Friday night, Coach Conklin and the All-Stars take their fundraising show on the road to Ottawa County.

We're heading to Oak Harbor High School for a game against a combo team comprised of Oak Harbor and Port Clinton teachers, coaches and staff. All the money raised will benefit the "TNT Mentoring program".

The "stars" are three years older and three years slower. With that in mind, Lee has recruited a few guest players to help the cause.

Ohio State Sen. and "hoops high flyer " Randy Gardner will play. Mark Donnal, the Anthony Wayne grad, who played for Michigan and Clemson at the college level will join us to add some inside muscle. Lastly, UT great and former NFL quarterback Bruce Gradkowski of 13abc's “Bruce's QB Q & A” will give us some much needed athleticism.

Jay Berschback, Shaun Hegarty, Ben Cathey, Ross Ellet, Heather Pollauf, Justin Feldkamp, Joe Nugent and Eric Haubert of BCSN are all slated to play. Diane Larson will also be on hand as the official 13abc photographer.

It's a chance to raise money for a tremendous cause. It should be a fun Friday night! Game time is 7:30. We hope to see you there!
