35 COVID-19 cases in Lucas Co., 15 deaths reported in Ohio

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVG) - There were 35 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Lucas County when the Ohio Department of Health reported its numbers Thursday, 12 more than the day before.

Cuyahoga County still leads the state with 259 cases.

In northwest Ohio, Wood County has six cases, Erie and Huron have three, Defiance and Hancock Counties have two cases and Sandusky, Seneca, Wyandot have one.

So far 15 people have died in Ohio from COVID-19. Two deaths have been reported in Lucas County.

Of the 867 cases statewide, there have been 223 hospitalizations.

Meanwhile, Michigan has 2,856 confirmed cases, with 60 deaths so far.
