TOLEDO (WTVG) — The man dubbed “toe sucker” is once again accused of fondling feet of random women.

A Toledo Municipal Court judge ordered Joseph Jones, 31, placed on electronic monitor after he allegedly approached a woman in the parking lot of the Kroger on Jackman in June 2018. He’s also accused of a similar interaction with a separate woman on a trail in Ottawa Park last month.

In both instances, the victims say Jones removed their footwear and forcefully massaged their feet.

Court documents indicate during the June 2018 incident Jones allegedly approached a woman in the parking lot of Kroger, told her, “Wow, you have big feet,” then grabbed her foot, removed her flip flop and asked her to point her toes. Jones allegedly stated he wished the woman was single so he could rub her feet every day.

The victim then hid in the back of the store and waited for her husband to arrive.

Combining the two incidents, Jones is facing two counts of Sexual Imposition and at least one count of Aggravated Menacing.

Jones is on probation in Wood County after serving 30 days in jail for a similar offense that happened at a retail outlet in April of 2017.

This morning, a Toledo judge released Jones on his Own Recognizance, requiring him to remain on electronic monitoring with GPS. Jones will also be allowed to travel to Wood County to complete probation while his cases continue in Toledo.
